PARTY – Preventing Abuse by Reaching Today’s Youth

PARTY provides prevention education for both youth and adults ranging from pre-K – adult.  Puppet shows, in class presentation, community events, faith based events, civic group presentation and health fair booths are among many of the events that PARTY can be a part of.  

LEO the drug free lion is available for school events, red ribbon week rallies and community events.

YPU Youth Prevention Universal

YPU is a school based program which utilizes Botvin’s Life Skills curriculum to educate youth. YPU staff delivers 8 educational lessons in class to 3^rd – 8^th graders including topics on decision making, goal setting and the dangers of tobacco. There is no fee for this service. YPI Youth Prevention Intervention

 

YPI is an intervention school based program with utilizes Reconnecting Youth curriculum. Reconnecting Youth is a Texas Education Agency, TEA approved curriculum and participants receive state elective credit toward their high school diploma upon completion. YPI provides services to many schools within Angelina County.
